I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. That’s why i do not charge any fees for cancellations or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. For any no shows there will be a 50% charge of the service. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment, so we can offer your slot to another client. Your understanding helps us serve all of our guests more efficiently and maintain the high level of care we’re known for.
